We have experience with the administration and disposal of property under the Public Works Act 1981, Land Act 1948, Reserves Act 1977, and Local Government Act 1974.

We provide land status reports establishing and interpreting land tenure, acquisition history, trusts, endowments, and mineral ownership. 

Our services include the stopping of roads on behalf of Local Authorities, pursuant to both the Local Government Act 1974 and Public Works Act 1981. We project-manage road stopping, including drafting of council papers, arranging agreements, surveys and valuations, and applying all legislative requirements.

We have significant depth of experience and expertise investigating and applying offer-back provisions under Section 40 of the Public Works Act 1981.
