LUKE VAN VELTHOOVEN: B.Com (VPM) SNZPI ANZIV
Luke has over 26 years’ experience in the property industry spanning local and central government, SOEs, and private companies. He has significant expertise in the management and development of corporate property portfolios and in the project management of significant civic structures and communal portfolios. Luke undertook a repositioning of the Three Guys Supermarket Chain (now Countdown) for Progressive Enterprises which, together with 15 years’ experience in the building sector, has given him valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry. This, together with extensive knowledge of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, equips him with the unique diversity of skills required for portfolio management and successful project management. Luke has also worked closely with local authorities and iwi to facilitate Treaty negotiation and settlement and manages post settlement iwi portfolios. His contribution to Rowing NZ (as interim CEO and current Board member) has coincided with the sport's success on the world stage.

JOANNE MCCRACKEN: BCom (VPM), FNZIV, FPINZ, Registered Valuer
Joanne completed a Valuation and Property Management Degree from Lincoln University in 1991. After receiving a national scholarship with Valuation New Zealand, she worked with that organisation as valuer until 1993, then for McDowell & Co. Valuers in Rotorua until 1997. Joanne gained PINZ registration in 1995, advanced to Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers in 1997 and was awarded a Fellowship of the institute in 2009. She was the first woman in Rotorua to be awarded this honour. Joanne has wide local authority property portfolio experience gained while working for local authorities in London (1990s) and then as Hamilton City Council Property Portfolio Manager. In 2003 Joanne formed Property Strategies, now rebranded as APL Property. Joanne established the Women in Property Network in Rotorua and is an elected member of the Property Management and Asset Council of PINZ.

DANIEL CRUICKSHANK: Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Property) from Massey University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Otago
Dan has worked in the property and asset management industries for over 15 years in a variety of client- facing and contract management roles. As a Director of APL, Dan leads, oversees, and supports several teams specialising in lease management and portfolio strategy, including those responsible for delivering services to Local Government and the Ministry of Education.
He has a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Property) from Massey University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Otago.
Dan has extensive experience in the Property Law Act, Resource Management, and Building Acts along with other key government legislation concerning property, construction, and leasing.

JEFF REIDY: BBS (VPM and Finance)
Jeff's qualifications and experience centre on providing professional property services to both (central and local) Government clients and private commercial property owners. Jeff has completed a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, majoring in Finance and Property Valuation and Management and is a LINZ Accredited Supplier of Crown property services. Jeff has an in depth understanding of the regulatory framework within which central and local Government property owners and tenants operate. This includes the disposal process and offer back obligations under the Public Works Act 1981. Jeff works closely with Land Information New Zealand across various contracts held by APL involving property management, disposal and various activities on high country pastoral leases. Jeff also manages commercial property for private sector clients within Queenstown.
