It's crucial to ensure that incoming residents receive all necessary documents and have been properly inducted into the complex. Failure to do so may result in the Body Corporate Management taking on the task at the owner's expense. We expect you to have this documented and may require proof of this.
We cannot emphasize enough the importance of maintaining good tenant relations, as this contributes to the overall reputation and harmony of the apartments. A positive image enhances the value of all owners' investments in the building.
