Maintenance Requests
For all maintenance requests relating to common property or Body Corporate matters, please submit a request via the Stadium Gardens Owner Portal.
The portal provides a convenient way for owners and residents to log maintenance issues and track communications with our Facilities Management team.
Please complete the maintenance request through the portal, providing as much detail as possible, our team will review your request and respond promptly.
The current maintenance request form located here will remain available for a limited period of time.
For after-hours emergency maintenance, please submit a maintenance request via the portal and call APL Property on 027 470 7611.
