Project Details
The triangular shaped site is rich with history having been the former site of the Council aviary and sitting opposite Blenheim's first business site, the Raupo store where James Wynen
operated as a riverside trader. The purpose built eco-friendly cafe features 350mm rough sawn pine beams, the old matai floorboards from the former RSA building and a number of energy
efficient design initiatives.
