Fully furnished commercial kitchen with laundry and storage, entrance foyer, main hall, bar area, meeting room with kitchenette and storage.

Can be subdivided to provide conference room and sleeping area.

Furniture and fittings.

Provides for up to 200 persons seated.

Carpark with 44 parking spaces.

Planted gardens with large grassed area to support marae function.
